This program introduces the student to Title 35 and the latest revision to the
law, Act 122 of 1980,
Fire Police law, PA Department of Transportation Vehicle Code Regulations Title
67, Vehicle
Code Title 75, and the Penal Code Title 18 are used as references to illustrate
the reality over the myths. The course is designed to eliminate the confusion
and misunderstanding regarding the role, responsibility, authorization, and
general information associated with fire police while
engaged in their duties.
